【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheterminology,thegeneralrequirementsfortheconstructionandoperationofautomaticforceddraughtoilburnersandalsotheprovisionofcontrolandsafetydevices,andthetestprocedurefortheseburners.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoautomaticforceddraughtoilburnerssuppliedwith:-afuelhavingaviscosityattheburnerinletof1,6mm2/s(cSt)upto6mm2/s(cSt)at20?C,and-higherboilingpetroleumbasedfirstraffinates(viscositygreaterthan6mm2/s),thatrequirepreheatingforproperatomisation.ThisEuropeanstandardisapplicableto:-singleburnersfittedtoansinglecombustionchamber.-singleburnersfittedtoanappliancewithadditionalrequirements,thentherelevantstandardofthisapplianceshallbetakenintoaccount;-singlefuelanddualfuelburnerswhenoperatingonoilonly;-theoilfunctionofdual-fuelburnersdesignedtooperatesimultaneouslyongaseousandliquidfuels,inwhichcasetherequirementsofEN676willalsoapplyinrespectofthegaseousfuelfunction.ThisEuropeanstandarddealswithallsignificantmachinehazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoburners,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer,seeAnnexJ.ThisEuropeanStandarddealsalsowiththeadditionalrequirementsfortheburnersinthescopewithpressurisedpartsand/orfiringpressurisedbodies,seeAnnexK.ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiestherequirementstobemetbythemanufacturertoensurethesafetyduringcommissioning,start-up,operation,shut-downandmaintenance.ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsduetospecificapplications.ThisEuropeanstandardisnotapplicabletoautomaticforceddraughtoilburnerswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
