【摘要】:Thistestmethodhasfoundacceptanceinthelithographicinkindustryinpredictingrheologicalbehaviorofavehicleunderpressconditionscausedbyextrusion,shear-thinningrollersanddotgainrecovery.Thistestmethodisrestrictedwithinthetorquelimitationsandstrainresolutionoftherheometerused.Resultsmaynotbereproducibleifthevehicleisnothomogenous.1.1ThistestmethodcoverstheprocedurefordeterminingtheviscoelasticpropertiesofprintinginkvehiclesbymeasuringtheG'',G",andtandeltausingacontrolledstrainconeandplateoscillatoryrheometer.1.2Thistestmethodprovidestheflexibilityofusingseveraldifferenttypesofrheometerstodetermineviscoelasticpropertiesininkvehicles.1.3Thistestmethodisnotintendedforsystemsthatarevolatileatproceduretemperaturesasevaporationmayoccureffectivelychangingthepercentsolidsbeforetestingisfinishedandsignificantlyalteringtherheology.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
